» Wire Division receives Highest Delta 500+ award

Wire Division received the Highest Delta 500+ award in the JRD – QV Nite function held on 29th July 10. The award was given to Wire Division as the Division has made 51 points jumps as compared to last year’s TBEM score. With this jump Wire Division has moved to 582 points. This was possible mainly due to active involvement of employees in business process improvements, SGA, Daily Management and various improvements projects. Further the division worked on improving Internal Communication, Risk Assessment, Strategy Alignment, Employee Engagement, Climate Change initiatives coupled with creating culture of safety and innovation.
